Space & Structural Strategy.

A brief workshop covering what upstairs is for hospitality, meeting rooms, demo overflow, before we engineer the load path around it.

Certified Structural Design.

CAD, structural calculations and stamped engineering drawings from an independent structural engineer, covering staircases, balustrades and live-load capacity.

Photoreal Renders, Both Levels.

Full walkthroughs of ground and upper floor separately, so stakeholders can sign off traffic flow at both levels before build starts.

In-House Fabrication.

Structural frame, decking, staircases, joinery and AV built and load-tested in our own workshop, not subcontracted to a third-party steel shop.

Venue Approval Management.

We prepare and submit structural drawings and calculations to the venue's technical department ourselves, and carry the sign-off through to install day.

Install, Rehearsal & Dismantle.

A full pre-build in our workshop to verify staircase fit and upstairs services, then an on-site crew experienced in double-deck install sequencing.

Brief to build day.

Week 1-2

SStrategy & Load Brief Confirm ground/upper-floor use, expected occupancy, AC and AV needs upstairs.

Week 3–6

Structural Design CAD, structural calculations, independent engineer sign-off.

Week 7

Venue Approval Drawings and load calcs submitted to venue technical team.

Week 8–11

Fabrication Frame, decking, staircase and finishes built and load-tested in-house.

Week 12

Pre-Build Rehearsal Full two-level rehearsal build, staircase fit, services, sightlines checked.

Week 13–16

Freight, Install & Show Delivery, on-site build under venue supervision, live show support, dismantle.
