A structured brief workshop with your marketing and sales leads, audience and competitor-stand mapping, and a written creative concept, signed off before a single panel is drawn.

Architectural Design.

Full CAD drawing set, structural sections, reflected ceiling/lighting plan and a material spec sheet, produced and stamped in-house by our design team.

Photoreal 3D & Walkthrough.

Render pack plus a walkthrough animation so every internal stakeholder signs off the exact stand, not an impression of it, months before the show opens.

In-House Fabrication.

Carpentry, metalwork, digital print, electrical and AV assembled in our own workshops by our own crews, not subcontracted out.

Freight, Crating & Customs.

Door-to-stand logistics, crating, freight booking, customs clearance and just-in-time delivery, into any major venue across North America, Europe or APAC.

Install, Show Support & Dismantle.

A pre-build rehearsal in the workshop before the stand ever reaches the hall, then a hardened install crew who know the loading-dock rules of the venue you're booked into.

We routinely build between 40 m² and 600 m². Most flagship stands sit between 80 – 250 m². Anything below 40 m² we typically deliver on our rental system instead.
Twelve to fourteen weeks before opening day is the sweet spot for a custom stand. We have shipped exceptional stands in eight, but you start losing design optionality.
